Reception was excellent and staff throughout very friendly. Hotel is a bit tired and looks like a refurbishment is required. |

This hotel was abysmal. The pictures on line were rather impressive, which was completely misleading! |

The hotel was tired, old, dirty. Should have realised what I was going into when the carpark was full of waste rubbish and a a skip with old beds and other rubbish. |

Very nice friendly staff, from checking in to the bar and resterant staff. The room was warm and cosy at a very cold time of year. The restaurant food was very good for breakfast and dinner, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.I had a manicure in the hotel by a lovely lady and excellent manicure I would highly recommend her. |

Got the feeling we had been put into the "servants quarter" since we had booked through Late rooms! The room was very dated and in need of renovation and although the bathroom was clean it was very shabby and also needed a make over. The leisure complex was ok but again would benefit from some work being done to it. The staff were very nice and helpful, we ordered pizza from room service and it was very good. Breakfast was also very good with good selection to choose from. |
