Dont be put off by the exterior of the building or the stair and entrance carpeting- the room and everything in it was very clean and contained everything you would need. It was also quiet. It would have been helpful to have had an electric socket near a mirror for the hairdryer.

I was greeted by a very polite man from next door and shown to my room on the top floor, but shown the communal kitchen and dining room on the way up. The room was very clean and tidy with clean sheets on the comfortable bed and the shower room was spotless. This is an ideal base for someone not wanting to spend a fortune. Parking is free outside from 5.30 pm until 9.30am then £1.80 per hour but you can move later to free parts of the area. I did not have breakfast but did sample the kitchen through the evening and everything here is very relaxed.

Decent room with good facilities. Pretty clean and up-to-date for this style of place (low-end aparthotel). Location isn't bad but not that suitable for a city break or touristy things.

Went to address and was immediately greeted by someone - which is good as it's just a house! He then led me to another house a few doors down - apparently the owner has a few of these places. Again, just another house, nothing on the outside indicates it's use.
Also, nothing on the inside indicates it's use either! (This is a positive point I'm trying to make.) Makes you feel like you live there!
Room was very good, next to dining room and bathroom and kitchen. Very clean, very modern, everything you need in the room including full sky tv, small fridge and free wireless internet. Lots of different lights - so you can set the mood of the room to whatever you like. Wood flooring - not sure if it was heated or not, felt warm! Table and chairs in room and also a really relaxing reclining leather chair!
Bed was really comfortable and being at the back of the house was nice and dark. The front of the house seems quiet too. Room was at top of stairs where everyone else comes and goes - but that wasn't too much of a problem - most people are respectful. Although one guy burst into my room - he thought it was the door to the stairs. He did apologise - and I could have locked the door.
Full use of kitchen area - including washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. Lots of food in there - but some of it looked like it was somebody else's - I wasn't sure. No coffee, so got my own with some milk and left it in my own room.
Bathroom very clean and shower nice and big and powerful.
Easy to find. Loads of shops and takeaways very nearby.
Only whinge was there was an alarm above the front door - and every now and then this would beep for 10-15 mins, sometimes more, any time of day or night. Didn't wake me up, but once stirring or trying to get to sleep, it did bug me. Not loud, but loud enough to hear. I did complain about it, but nothing got done about it.
