Open all year . Welcome to the Water’s Edge Hotel. Ideally situated in the south shore area just off the promenade offering sea views.
We are just a few seconds walk away from the South Pier, Casino, Water World and the Pleasure Beach that offers great shows as well as the fair. The stops for Trams, buses, and horse and carragies are all right by the pier.
Relax in our bar/lounge, enjoy draught Carling, Boddingtons Bitter, Strongbow Cider and a good selection of spirits, mixers and wine. Perhaps enjoy a game of pool.
The Lounge is open all day .
Free wireless Internet access available in the bar and the en-suite rooms.
Breakfast is between 9am and 9.30am served in our seperate dining room. Help yourself to cereal and juice whilst we freshly prepare your full English - choose from bacon, sausage, beans, fresh tomato, fried egg, mushrooms, fried bread. tea or coffee, toast and a selection of preserves.
All our rooms are comfortable and clean.We have 13 rooms in total sleeping 34 people when full.
For the comfort of our guests who find the 6 steps up to the entrance enough, we have installed a chair lift up to the first floor en-suite rooms.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable and plesant as possable.
Our guests are mainly couples and familys we do take party bookings including christmas works parties, Birthdays, but sorry no stag or hens.

The Waters edge was a small hotel, but very well run. The owners were very friendly and helpful a very enjoyable stay.

very nice couple would recommend this hotel to anybody going to blackpool paul would give up is parking space for anybody great full english breakfast (happy days) and nights

Four of us (Mixed aged adults) stopped over in Blackpool after being in the area for family reasons. We were all made at home from the minute we arrived until we left. Paul and Co did a great job and went beyond the call of duty. The Waters edge hotel has friendly bar with very good prices. The hotel is also situated in a great location for when you head out with live entertainment very close by. We all would definitely stay here again when in the area. The Waters edge hotel turned out to be a total winner. Highly recommended.
