The restaurant advertised as being available 7 days a week was closed. We were advised that it is never open on a Saturday evening. This is contrary to what was advertised

We had a very early flight and could not make up our mind if we should go to the airport for a few hours and sleep or book a hotel. I am so pleased we did. The room was lovely the service excellent. I have stayed in many hotels but for what you pay it really was excellent. Tea/coffee, clean room, everything we needed and a secure carpark. Should I travel from Luton again I would look forward to staying at this hotel.

staff very friendly but sometimes scarce on the ground and found the heating in the hotel non-existant! I moved rooms but the problem remained no heating just cold air blowing out of the system.
