On arrival we found our room to be a twin bedded a opposed to a double, we did however receive £20 discount for this inconvienience. The bathroom was clean but the beds had blankets which obviously don't get cleaned every time, the curtains were thick with dust and there was dust on the surfaces. Our remote for the TV had no battery the first night and didn't appear to work the second. The road noise from the high street is pretty horrendous between 11pm and 2am and we didn't feel that safe in te knowledge that our car was parked on this street. Breakfast was pretty inedable and although we were nearing the end of breakfast I didn't expect to be given a butter dish of another table that had already used it. I really don't feel this hotel was value for money. |

Quite old fashioned but not disappointed with that, friendly welcome and rooms quite spacious and clean, very comfy beds. Breakfast great and service very good and staff hard working, no fuss quick checkout. |
