The hotel is near some of most famous tourist attractions in England's capital city including Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace, the South Bank, Tower Bridge, Imperial war museum, London eye are just a few. The famous Coronett theater and the traditional East Street market are walking distance from the hotel and Walworth road shopping area gives and edge of diversity as an attraction for the hotel guests. The hotel is also conveniently located just minutes from Elephant & Castle and Kennington underground station, with bakerloo and northern lines providing easy access to central London and Euro tunnel rail link services. Clearly a good place for back-packers and those on a budget. Even the best quality rooms are in a poor state of repair - although the bedding is clean and room does have tea/coffee, hairdrier TV etc. There is no restaurant for evening meal and the continental breakfast offers poor value-for-money. The local facilities are within walking distance and there is a wide rage of different cafe/take-away establishments. However, nowhere for a single female to have a glass of wine in a relaxed atmosphere at the end of a hard day. Sound-proofing between rooms and on corridors is poor. Very helpful reception staff provided a map and directions. Overall, info on the site is misleading.

The hotel and room are just a bit shabby, need to spruce it up a bit. Their is also a train track 50 yards away, but security is good with a police station over the road.
