Steve and Cathy welcome you to their warm friendly run guest house offering clean quality accommodation all year round. Enjoy your breakfast in our lovely airy dining room, where we offer you a hearty breakfast and home baked bread all at individual tables. The bedrooms are also bright and airy. all with T.V, Radio alarm clocks,Hospitality trays. Set in a ideal location approx. 5 min level walk to the beach, and just a 10 -15 minute walk away to the town. We are convenient for all the great amenities of Torbay with the Riviera Conference Centre, Torquay Railway Station only a few minutes walk away. Car parking is available for each room. We are strictly NON SMOKING to ensure your stay with us is a comfortable and safe one.
Early breakfast available from 7am (or breakfast to go). IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR OUR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BREAKS.

Directions to The Elmsdale Guest House

By road: From J31 of the M5, follow the A38 and then the A380 sign posted Torquay. Follow the A380 to the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot. Continue on A380 to the 'English Riviera' roundabout then follow the A3022 into Torquay. Turn right at the Halfords store into Avenue Road. About 100 mtrs down the road on your left will see a petrol station, you will need to get into the right hand lane and as you approach the Traffic lights you will see the Elmsdale to your right.

Very helpfull hotelliers nothing seems too much trouble good rooms and breakfasts will keep you going all day, will even fill your flasks

From arrival the owners made us feel very welcome, it was our Wedding Anniversary and they made it very special. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of it, we were full up.
Would definately go there again.
