Please stop this nonsence about sending photo in advance. It spoilt an otherwise perfect stay. |

As a business female staying in London, it was nice to chill out in an apartment rather than having to face dining rooms full of couples or male business users in a hotel. It was just so relaxing after a hard day at the office. |

We were quite disappointed with the apartment as it was not as described. Firstly we had to call for instructuons on how to get is as these were not sent as promised, we then found that the code didn't work to get the key to the apartment. |

The location wasn't great being on a busy corner in not a particularly nice area - double glazing helped here in keeping the noise outside. The core apartment was Ok though the whole floor smelled as though there had been an electrical fire. The layout was fine but the carpet was appalling with stains of something in all rooms and corridors and one shower was quite mouldy. So overall the impression was of being a bit of a low rent option. However, having said that for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen lounge dining it was good value at GBP200. With a new carpet and a refresh of the bathrooms it would be much better and frankly not a bad option for a family, but don't expect the Ritz. The concierge I have to say was excellent and very helpful - looking after our bags after we checked out while we visited the nearby Tower of London.. |
