This beautiful detached Victorian Villa is located within easy walking distance of the Seafront, Town Centre, Riviera Conference Centre, Theatre, Shops and Restaurants. Villa Marina offers high quality guest accommodation and is rapidly becoming recognised for an extremely warm welcome, exceptional levels of service, high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
The en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and offer an ideal place to relax in. Villa Marina also benefits from a secluded south-facing garden and its own free private car park. In addition, there is easy access to the excellent public transport system so guests can visit the most popular areas and local attractions without the need for a car.
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the light and spacious dining room which overlooks the garden. Guests can choose from a freshly prepared traditional English breakfast or from a wide selection of lighter options. In the evening, our three course dinner is available with prior arrangement.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age or pets.

BY CAR Take the M5 past Exeter - continue south towards Torquay on the A38. The road forks after approximately 3 miles - take left hand lanes to Torquay A380. Continue along approximately 10 miles of dual carriageway. Go straight over at next two roundabouts following signs to Torquay (A3022). On arrival in Torquay you will reach the traffic lights at Torre Railway Station/Halfords - take right hand lane into Avenue Road, signposted Seafront. Villa Marina is situated 200m on the left - a large white detached house set back from the road. You will find the main entrance to Villa Marina and the car park via Rillage Lane and a pedestrian entrance via Tor Park Road. BY RAIL There are two railway stations in Torquay – Torre and Torquay Mainline - we are within walking distance of Torre Station and only a very short taxi ride away from Torquay Mainline. On exiting Torre station, turn right and walk down the hill into Avenue Road, signposted Seafront. Villa Marina is situated approximately 200 metres on the left. It is a large white detached house and is set back from the road. You will find the main entrance to Villa Marina and the car park via Rillage Lane and a pedestrian entrance via Tor Park Road. BY COACH The nearest Coach Station is Central Torquay and is approximately ¼ mile away.

The outstanding features of this hotel are the cleanliness (absolutely everything was spotless!), quality of room and helpfullness of the proprietors; nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely re-visit and recommend to anyone. You are guaranteed a very warm and friendly welcome.

Right from when I walked up to the door, I was warmly welcomed, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I even had an earlier breakfast cooked for me.

A lovely B&B not too far a walk away from the the seafront. The car park was a bit tricky to get into /out of, but apparently this is to be extended in future.

Stephanie and Neil couldn't have done more for us, especially the cream tea on arrival.
The decor is contemporary but they still keep a friendly feel to the place.
