Lovely hosts, fairly new to the job and doing extremely well. Rooms are excellent and well thought out. As we run a guest house ourselves we understand the running of the business and would recommend 2 Park Lane to anyone. |

Clean, welcoming, first class accommodation with a personal touch. Can't fault it in any way. |

Great hospitality and obliging hosts. They made us very welcome and rearranged so that we could have the same rom for all three nights. The room layout was a bit constrained: could have done with a bit more room for a double. We had trouble with the remote controls for the TV and set-top box, one of which wasn't working. We have stayed elsewhere in Salisbury with rather better value and more space. Some little touches might have made a difference: such as better quality toilet tissue, a biscuit or a chocolate in the bedroom and a couple more sachets of milk, coffee, tea, so that guests wouldn't need to ask. Breakfast was good, with a well-stocked buffet and choices of cooked breakfast |
