From M6 motorway to M55 motorway exit. From M55 follow the A5230, sign posted for Lytham St Annes and Blackpool Airport. Turn left off the A5230 onto the the B5261, sign posted Lytham St Annes. Turn right off the B5261 onto the B5233 (St Annes Road East). At second set of traffic lights turn left in St Davids Road South. Tudor House is number 32 on the right.

As a guest house the Tudor is of a very good quality. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It is easily accessible to the main squre where shops and resturants are located. Food was good if not over plentyful. I would definately use it again if staying in the area.

Direction to the hotel was very clear and got there with no problem. The room was nice and comfortable. Quiet as well. The service and friendliness were superb.

Really friendly owners made us feel welcome. Only fault was having a separate sink to bathroom/shower room but this would have made the room too small I suppose!

We were greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner. We were shown around the guest house and fully brieifed on breakfast and timings. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. When we leaft the occupants helped us to identify a local pub where we were meeting friends by using the internet and yellow pages.
It was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend it to others.
