very good hotel, good price for three people and very clean and comfortable.
staff also very helpful.

Really great basic room with all the essentials, flat screen tv (with decent reception/picture), free wifi, comfortable bed, hairdryer, no frills but a good base within a few minutes walk from west kensington tube station, local shops and bars a few minutes away. Helpful friendly reception staff. Would definately recommend and will use again.

Very nice, well maintained, quiet room. Just the right size for 1 night stay, may be a bit small for longer. Check-in at 11pm was helpful. About 3-4 minutes walk from Tube. Couldn't get a VAT receipt on the night but staff have been extremely helpful in sending me one when requested via e-mail. Would recommend for short stays in London - at Laterooms rate a bargain!

We arrived fairly late in the night (around 11.00 pm) and the first double room we were given had no lock on it to be opened with the card key. The flustered receptionist gave us another room which had no sheets or pillowcases! Then we lugged our cases to a third room that still had no pillowcases and no towels. Too tired to try yet another room, we asked for some spare linen and were given two very flimsy and stained pillows albeit with pillowcases (way!) and three very small hand towels. We were told they had run out of normal towels. The rooms were tiny and very basic. I do appreciate the low price but even for that price, it was below expectations . We were very surprised after the good reviews we had read in laterooms website.

Hotel is like a very modern upmarket hostel. Great value for money very close to underground links and staff were very good. Rooms were basic but had pretty much everything needed for a quick stay in london. Expect bunk beds if booking a larger room. I would use this hotel again.
