I thought the food was rushed and there was no time between courses. I think considering they have a AA Rosette for food it should have been better. the hotel and room was excellent though. |

The hotel was in a good location for the village and was set in pleasant wooded grounds. The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. It was a good base for a trip but wouldn't be ideal for those looking for a bit of social activity. |

Dinner was disappointing, not much choice on the menu and very mediocre however breakfast was very good. Restuarant and bar areas were nice and waiting staff very efficient. Reception staff could have been friendlier/more helpful. Room was also a little disappointing, smaller than i thought it would be. |
