After living in London for the pass 20 years it was unbelively quiet in the hotel, with the biggest noise being the water feature! A lovely hotel in a lovely town, we would recommend it to everyone. Richard the Landlord was very help full. We have not marked the family friendly as we didn't take the kids, but childern are welcome.

What a thoughtful, helpful and resouceful man Richard is! I arrived with a backache and was walking badly. I was immediately offered a ground floor room. Breakfast was enormous and first class. I managed to get lily pollen on the sleeve of my blouse just before leaving, my husband was going to (helpfully) brush it off, but I explained this would only rub it in. Richard 'hoovered' my arm to remove it without trace. How clever was that! We would definitely stay here again.
