I only stay here because it's on site for the exhibition I attend at the NEC. The hotel, though very nice..charges £7-12 to park and the rooms are vastly over priced compared to similar standard hotels. The staff are helpful though and I will continue to stay there when necessary. |

Excellent Hotel, althought I'd expect that at the price. Great service and excellent meals. |

Very friendly people helping you at the hotel. I had a quite a few dietary needs and they where very helpful with this. The breakfast was nice, but I did miss more vegetables like lettuce, cucumber, paprika and tomatoes. Although they had warm baked tomatoes. The dinners at the Millers Restaurant was lovely and the people there was super-nice. But, you off course did pay for it. The room itself was large and fine. I would have liked a softer bed, but that is the case for every hotel I have been to. They had the service with a bus-transportation between the hotel and the train station. At the Airport I was told that I just had to call the hotel from the Hilton-phone located on a spot at the Airport, but I could not get it to work. At the hotel I was told that the bus left from Hilton every half hour, and from the train station 10 minutes later (10.10 - 10.40 - 11.10 - etc). I was happy with staying there and would not mind staying there again when going to NEC. |
