Excellent small B&B right in the town centre of Blackpool. Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, the room and the hotel were clean and the food (Breakfast) was superb. The double room was a bit small, OK for single people but may be a problem for couples. Re Freeview, it wasn't in my room and as most B&B's the TV reception was not great. Would I recomend this B&B? In a word, yes. Oh and before you go out, get them to make you a cocktail. NICE ONE!!

Absolutley brilliant. The room was very fresh and welcoming, the greeting on arrival was lovely but not too over-the-top and we really enjoyed staying here. Would definately go again and reccomend to anyone.
