In a street full of guesthouses, I was very pleased we picked this one. Lovely homely feel from the moment we got there, the proprietors were on-hand with any local advice we needed, breakfasts were great and it was just a short walk from the town and the beach. Fully intend to go back next summer!

My Room very extremely small. Hardly any space to move. However must say they were very clean and tidy. Very accessible. Breakfast was good however too late in the morning for some attending meetings. it's ok for holiday makers, not for people on business. Management Response I wish to confirm that in every room there is an information sheet which states that breakfast is available from 09:00am until 09:30am but an earlier breakfast is available from 07:30am if arranged the night before.

This hotel is in a prime location close to both the town and the seafront. It's run by a very friendly couple who couldn't be nicer. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed and was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again and would recomend this to anyone travelling to Torquay.

Thankyou for your friendliness the service was very good the food good the room was comfortable and clean what more can one want in a B&B We would not hesitate to return or reccomend to a friend. Thanks Graham Truman
