The apartment was in a good location close to the city centre. It was modern and spacious and overall i was quite impressed. The only complaints I would have is on arrival it was quite difficult to find where we needed to pick up the keys and there is a £20 charge per car for parking that wasnt mentioned when we booked. The shower in the en-suite wasnt working and I felt the apartment wasnt as clean as it should have been. The windows were dirty as were a few items we took out of the kitchen cupboards. |

The staff were polite and patient when giving us directions from the motorway. We did not know Liverpool at all and so this was fantastic that we could call them. Our apartment was in the same block as the office which meant we could get straight into the room after checking in. The room itself was spotless with fresh towels for all of us. There was a television in the room which meant that my daughter was well entertained whilst we changed. It was only a short walk to the Albert Dock and all the tourist attractions which was great as it meant we could access everything we wanted by foot. There were plenty of shops and restaurants so everything was right on out doorstep. The apartment had a balcony area which my daughter enjoyed. It would be suitable for families of all ages. |

Excellent location and price above four good restaurants. The management was quite helpful finding extra chairs and booking us a cab for the airport. The flat itself was very bare bones with some fit and finish problems - broken window latch and curtain rod. No chairs except the couch and loveseat. Only heavy winter duvets for a warm June booking. Heavier curtains would have been nice to block the prominent street lights. |
