I was disappointed that during the breakfast, even coffee was self-served. I would not expect that from a hotel of that size and standing. It was a quiet time for the hotel, but it was strange that even coffee or tea was not served.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you want to explore Norwich. With a football ground right behind the hotel, I thought there would be noise etc at night but the stewards from yhe club ensured the area was cleared of fans in a quiet and efficient manner. the hotel was clean and well maintained. However, in the rooms of hotels I normally expect tea biscuits etc but found these to be missing. I did not complain as I was too tired. Was locted out of the room after breakfast due to a faulty key but the staff were very quick to open the door and replace the key. Breakfast was ok but I have been to hotels that the food was a lot better. Overall it was a good stay.
