Just some feedback to consider. My friends and I settled in the piano bar for a few evening drinks only to be greeted soon after with somebody (who appeared to be hotel staff) putting the TV on to watch Eastenders. This is definitely not something which makes good surroundings for a nice evening drink so we left immediately. There were also no bar snacks available which was also disappointing.

I Think the hotel could do with evening meal service and Some sort of subdued lighting to creat ambionce fo0r the bar and customers. all tha staff were very supportive and frendly.
