Directions to the hotel are poor - on Laterooms & elsewhere. What you need to know is that the apartments are in the ETAP hotel building. Check-in a bit clunky but friendly.
Otherwise, everything fine. Paul (partner) very helpful. The flats are absolutely bog-standard for central Leeds - brand new, clean, a bit soulless, simple furniture and a flat-screen telly. Kitted out well if you intend to self-cater, but well located if you prefer to dine out.

Very good apartment solution, near to the center and to a lot of good restaurants along the calls.
Check in procedure is quite laborious with respect to an hotel but its worth the wait.
No breakfast but you can rely on the Etap hotel one at ground floor of the same building or use the Tea/Coffee Making Facilities In Each Room.
No Wi-fi yet but should arrive soon according to the owner.

Despite a later-than-planned arrival, I was given a friendly welcome and shown around the pad. Very good location, a quiet building and despite being on a busy road, there was little traffic noise. Look forward to staying in a similar place in Birmingham.
