The Inn nestles on the shores of Windermere, only a short walk from the bustling village of Ambleside. The nearby fells and the steamer pier for cruises around the lake create a truly unique, ethereal ambience. Pretty bedrooms offer the best of traditional lakeland comfort, many with lake views. Country inn style dining where freshly prepared food of the highest quality, world wines and real ale are all served with spectacular views of the lake and fells. In warm weather these can be taken alfresco on the lakeside terrace.
PLEASE NOTE:We have a 2 night minimum stay at weekends (3 nights at Bank Holidays)

Great location ..... on the lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfasts not that great!
