We are a small friendly hotel, only yards from sea front parking, and Views of the Sea from our garden; guest lounge; and one family room. All with no extra charge! We are very centrally located and a short distance from all Blackpool’s attractions. Also, we are less than 10 minutes away from many more main attractions, including Theatres; Clubs; Cinema; Central Pier; Blackpool Tower; Winter Gardens etc. and only a short Tram Ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park & South Pier on the South Shore. With all of these attractions on our doorstep, this does not compromise you having a peaceful night’s sleep as we cater for families, couples and small groups only, and are located just far enough away from the late night clubs not to disturb you. REGRETTABLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG OR HEN PARTIES, OR GROUPS FOR UNDER 25'S. Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having tea/coffee facilities, TV and towels, iron, hairdryers on request. There is a comfortable Guest Lounge available during the daytime and evenings, with its own TV. Our recently refurbished Family Rooms, sleeping 3 to 5 persons, now have the convenience of full en-suite facilities. Our Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, Full English Breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpool's multitude of attractions and activities. All of our room rates are based on Room Only for the convenience of our guests who would prefer to make their own arrangements, but for ONLY an additional £3.00 you can enjoy …. Full English Breakfast (Sausages, Bacon, Egg, Tomato, Beans).....or Vegetarian option (Scrambled Eggs on Toast) With …. Toast (self serve); Pot of Tea or Coffee; Juice (self serve); Cereals (self serve) Smoking is permitted within our bedrooms, and we make every effort to ensure this has only a minimal effect to our non-smoking guests. Full payment will be taken by the hotel for all Bookings, including the first night non-refundable deposit.

Pay and Display is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street, and the Hotel is located on the right after the car park. BY TRAIN... Take the train to North Shore Station, and walk towards the Promenade/Town Centre until Dickson Road. Turn right and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left. BY BUS... Take the bus to Talbot Road Bus Station and follow the directions above along Dickson Road.

We booked at the very last minute and were delighted to receive a smooth check in and a very friendly welcome. The room was clean and pleasant and good value for money. A convenient location, far enough away from the glitz and tack of Blackpool's main drag to be a nice break, but close enough to wander to, should you so desire!

This Guest House was great, it had lovely rooms with plenty of space and there were very clean. The only problem we had was we couldn't have breakfast as they had a leak and were in the process of getting it fixed, so the dinning room was unavaiable but they did recommend a great place straight across the road so we didnt have to go far and the food was excellent. I would definantly stay here again and found the owners to be really pleasent and friendly nothing was too much trouble. It was ideally placed and all the attractions weren't far away.
