My 'compact' oriental themed room at ground level facing out to the rear of the property was a bit of a disappointment at first, but the bed nestled into an alcove with the TV above and the shower room was nicely done so ultimately it satisfied my requirements for an overnight stay. I would agree with previous comments that this felt more like a guest house than hotel and I would have reservations about a stay longer than one night. |

In my opinion this is Not a hotel but more of a posh guest house with limited communal areas and staffing. br />Unable to comment on food - none served in the evening and breakdfast started well after I needed to leave for my meeting. |

This small hotel has a pleasant aspect, excellent rooms and a welcoming smile. Help with your bags was a given and the high speck design and cleanliness of the rooms was really impressive. |

The hotel was very central for train links to london and Hampton Court Palace. Loads of information on places to eat was available in house and from the hotel staff. |
