We used the hotel purely as a stop gap on the way home from London. It served it's purpose well. We ate well in the restaurant and the kids had a ball in the soft play area. Only down side was our room was directly above air conditioning machines which made a lot of noise until 10.30pm and started up again at 6.20am. |

Great for families. Having on-site kids play area was a relax for parents and easy to keep an eye on them too. |

The staff were friendly but not very efficient! I think that this was due to staff training.... I would stay again if I needed to though! |
