Dating back to 1673, this lovely old-world Hotel, steeped in character, offers modern standards of comfort and amenities, excellent freshly cooked food, a superb range of wines and first class service in the peaceful setting of the Hampshire - Dorset countryside. The hotel is set in a quiet location close to the New Forest. It is within easy reach of the Christchurch and Bournemouth areas.

Both my wife and I found this Hotel most enjoyable to stay at and we would recommen it to anybody visiting the area. Our room was absolutely spot on with a very modern and roomy shower room. Although we didn't eat at the Fisherman's Haunt in the evening, the included breakfast couldn't be bettered with a great choice of menu and most pleasant service. Two other couples joined us staying at this Hotel on the second night and they too found the facilities and service excellent. We will be back.
