Our one night stay was a stopover enroute Cornwall and we feel that it started off our marvellous holiday with a wow factor. Only sorry we couldn't stay a few more nights. Accommodation food and staff all top notch. Will definitely return. |

This hotel was adequate for the price. It was clean and tidy and very olde world. However the room though bright and clean was next to he main road and oncoming traffic could see straight in. There was a bath and shower but a bath was not possible because of the olde world plumbing I was told. There was no bath plug anyway. The shower was just warm and needed a new shower head. Updating is badly needed in this area if it is advertised as en suite. |

There was somethingfor everyone on the bar menu and all the food was home cooked and excellent. Situated in a lovely rural area in spectacular countryside. The rooms retained their 14 c charm and it was a pleasant change from the streamlined modern hotel. |
