We were only here for 6 hours, en route from a wedding in Ormskirk to Liverpool airport the next morning. The lady who greeted us was friendly and cheerful even though it was nearly midnight, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Great value for money and only 2 mins from the airport in a taxi. |

To reach the hotel you have to take a taxi from the airport (£2.50) or the Airlink bus n°500 from Lime Street Station to the Airport (£2.60) and then a taxi. The hotel is very pratical if you have to fly early in the morning or if you arrive late in the evening. However, I think that money for value for this hotel is not so good: it is too expensive compared services that offers and the location. |

We arrived at this hotel late (after 11pm) where we were met with a cup of tea and a nice chat, which was amazing after a 3 hour train trip from edinburgh). The couple were very nice and were very helpful with advice for our trip the next day. They were very understanding with our early checkout the next morning (at 5.30am). So all in all this is the PERFECT place to stay if you need to catch an early flight from John Lennons airport, or if you were returning late. Excellent start to our break. |
