Winners of the Discover Yorkshire Coast Tourism Awards for Guest Accommodation of The Year 2005.
Based on the principal of travel accommodation The complex is completely NON- SMOKING all 33 bedrooms are en-suite and have been recently refurbished. All contain remote controlled colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and alarm clock radios. Family rooms can sleep up to five. Also offering Crosbys Bar, Funny Onions Bistro which serves breakfast and evening meals,a FREE off road car park, games room and patio to sit out on those warm evenings. Situated 10 mins walking distance from the town centre and 800m from The Spa Complex and south beach attractions. We also accept dogs for an extra charge of £3 per dog per night.

If you want somewhere that is near the beach and very affordable...then this is the place. More towards families, but a nice little place. Room was cosy, but had all the basics. Good customer service and clean.

Room had damp on the ceiling and the sink was in the bedroom because it wouldn't fit in the bathroom! But good value for a cheap night and very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was good too.
