Our stay at the hotel was lovely. It was a sunny weekend so we made good use of the beer garden on the riverfront. The view from the restaurant was amazing and the food was of a very high quality. We had a really relaxing weekend and we'll definitely be visiting again.

We stayed at the Kenmore Hotel for one night during a cycling trip. The front desk staff dealt with us in a friendly and helpful manner, finding us somewhere to put our bikes securely, and resolving a mistake I had made with the booking. We ate in the Poet's Bar in the evening where the food was reasonable although we would have appreciated a better vegetarian choice (if I remember rightly there was only one meat-free option). During our stay we did have to ask for someone to come and attend to the heating in out room, which was on very high and couldn't be turned down. This was done promptly, and reflected the generally professional and good-natured service we experienced.

A good hotel in beautiful head of the loch surroundings. Good bar food and an excellent breakfast. If I was to seek one improvement it would be to improve disabled access to the restaurant which could easily be achieved at virtually no cost.
