The room was not available until after 3.30pm despite being advised on the booking that we could expect entry to the rom at 2pm. The room was very cold and the radiators were not able to be controller from the room but came on at around 9pm at night. We were unable to sleep due to the poor sound proofing and noise coming from the rooms above, you could hear people speaking. Some sort of a generator came on at around 2 in the morning and this made it impossible to sleep. The extractor fan for the bathroom came on for 15 minutes every time you switched the light on. We arrived for breakfast at 8am but were told that due to a problem with the gas breakfast would be late and indeed breakfast was not available until after 8.30am. |
