Craigmonie Hotel

9 Annfield Road, Inverness

Originally built in 1880, the building has been skillfully redecorated and now stands as a hotel of impeccable quality, boasting a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Craigmonie Hotel reflects the perfect balance of traditional style and modern comfort with all the facilities to satisfy even the most discerning guest.
Guestrooms at this welcoming hotel range from attractive, variable-sized standard, superior and four-poster rooms. Each of the 35 bedrooms are en-suite, elegantly furnished and are equipped with a wide range of facilities in order to provide the highest level of guest comfort.
In order to do justice to a hotel of this quality, one would expect cuisine of the highest order and the Craigmonie Hotel will not disappoint in this respect. The Conservatory Restaurant offers a delightful menu, which caters for a wide range of tastes.
We regret that due to a pending refurbishment our Leisure facilities are presently closed. However we can arrange, for a small extra charge, residents to use the facilities of a near by hotel leisure club.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation and paint smell a bit overpowering sometimes but all for the good - very good value for money

The room was not available until after 3.30pm despite being advised on the booking that we could expect entry to the rom at 2pm. The room was very cold and the radiators were not able to be controller from the room but came on at around 9pm at night. We were unable to sleep due to the poor sound proofing and noise coming from the rooms above, you could hear people speaking. Some sort of a generator came on at around 2 in the morning and this made it impossible to sleep. The extractor fan for the bathroom came on for 15 minutes every time you switched the light on. We arrived for breakfast at 8am but were told that due to a problem with the gas breakfast would be late and indeed breakfast was not available until after 8.30am.
