screwed up my reservation - they only had one room for me - was supposed to be two room nights - but never the less - nice place and well appointed hotel.

Easily reached with no problems well signed on coastal road. Breakfast was very good quality food, however very small size portions ( 1 racher of Bacon , two spoons of Beans etc) Rear bedroom accommodation above rear car park not too bad, However, not offered front bedroom over looking the Bay Very clean though Bar prices a bit Pricey, little Entertainment... most residents went out for a Drink

Appearence of the hotel very different to what is shown in the hotel's website. Service at Breakfast was disappointing as we were told to come back in 15 minutes time due to the restaurant giving priority to a tour. This was not acceptable as we were in a hurry, and should have been explained to us at check in if there was a problem regarding breakfast times. Overall, a poor experience with the hotel.

I found the staff to be very helpful and efficient and the hotel to be welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant was also excellent. Whilst £75 may seem a lot for one night's B&B it is all relative and this was a very good rate, as I am finding other places to be far more expensive but of lesser quality. I should probably also mention that I had a room that had been recently fully refurbished throughout, very nice indeed.
