We are conveinently situated for BAE SYSTEMS at WARTON , EDS Moorland Road and AXA / Aegon in Lytham..
We have PRIVATE OFF ROAD CAR PARKING for ALL our guests cars.
We also offer secure car parking for holiday makers flying from Blackpool airport., and secure lock-up for /cycles.
CONTRACTORS WELCOME, Please enquire for our contract rates . EARLY BREAKFASTS available if required.
Two minutes stroll to the town centre with various shops restaurants bars and cafe's.
All four championship GOLF courses are in the local vicinity with ROYAL LYTHAM 5 minutes and OLD LINKS less than 10 minute’s stroll away.
The BEACH and PROM are only a few minute’s stroll away with many amenities and attractions for younger children.
TWO MINUTES to St Anne's TRAIN STATION. The BUS STOP is outside the hotel to take you into Blackpool , Fleetwood and Warton

The only minor complaint was being disturbed by street noise around midnight, and the toilet cistern dripped quite loudly for a while after flushing! but service and food were lovely.

Although a budget hotel, the shower facility was held together with elastic bands and instructions were written on in felt tip pen! and it wasn't very good. The breakfast however was lovely!

The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, with close connection to shops and the beach which proved usefull as the weather ideal for a walk. Breakfast cartered for all and the service allways came with a smile. I my opinion the stay was worth the money spent. The only thing i would like to see next time is a fan in the rooms in hot weather, apart from that minor thing everthing was perfect for an enjoyable weekend away.
