There was lots of loo roll, and the very cute guy got us a full length mirror and we got late check out.

Fantastic location. Great value for money. Unfortunately we had no hot water & were struggling to get the TV to work, but these were fixed with just a couple of phone calls. Mark, the guy from CityServe was extremely helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the towels were quite small and that the furnishings were a bit "cheap", especially the matresses on the beds, although I think the fact that there were no matress protectors didn't help (i hope they change their matresses regularly - Eugh!) Apart from that great value for money accomodation in a fantastic location. I would definately go back.

Had to phone a mobile in order to get keys. No concierge there on arrival. When there, young man concierge was very polite and helpful. Key left in room. Actual apartment very pleasant, fairly spartan but (i) the kitchen waste bucket had not been emptied and (ii) the electric hob was not working although the oven was.
Otherwise comfortable and suitable for 1 night. Definite management problems though - would be very good if properly managed and attention given to detail.

I stayed at an apartment in the Great Northern Tower on 12 June - the accomodation was fine although I did have to phone to request that my sheets be changed ( 1 was a bit stained!) & to ask for a mirror - both these requests were actioned immediately.
I was promised a complimentary breakfast but nothing was left.
This aside, the accomodation was basic but very central & for 2 people sharing is definitely good value for money.

When we arrived to the room there was no power at all. We called the apartment owner and they could not get to us straight away so we couldn't even take a shower and get ready before we went out!!!
The only thing they could do was to put us into another apartment which was a pain because after we got in from our night out we had to move all our stuff.
This really spoilt the weekend as we could not spend any time using the apartment. Would not use them again
