    Customer Service at Reception varied from 'helpful and friendly' to just about adequate.
    We had a noisy air-con unit and we were moved to another room without fuss which was pleasing.
    Good value hotel which seems twinned with the Hotel Crown Plaza (next door) for restaurant facilities in the evening; also good value.
    Bureau de change facility at the Crown Plaza however is not available to Holiday Inn residents.

    This was an excellent hotel to stay in. It seems newly constructed (as of 8/2008), very clean and modern. Best of all they even have dual outlets (euro and uk style) so I bought my adapter for nothing. There is your expected continental HI Express breakfast. Theres also a nice little park across the street with ducks. Cab ride downtown is 15 euro, free shuttle to/from airport is 10 mins.
