By Car: From Zurich - Drive Thorugh Zurich City, Follow Signs Lucern/Churn/Zug, At Lucerene From The Highway Take Exit Luzern City, Drive To Bahnhof, Cross The Lake Bridge, Turn Left In Front Of The Cathedral, Make Left U-turn At Bus Parking And Find Our Hotel At The Street Corner 80 Meters To The Lake. By Public Transport: From the Railway station take the Public Bus number 1 direction Maihof, Exit after 4 Stops at the Loewenplatz, cross the double pedestrian crossing, follow to your left along the Loewenshopping Center and find our Hotel just after the Starbucks coffee-shop on your right at the street corner: Museggstrasse, Zürichstrasse, Alpenstrasse and Hertensteinstrasse

    Breadstuffs ran out at breakfast one morning but hotelier fixed when she arrived. Shame that staff were not empowered to resolve. Very freindly and informative staff shame that the internet connection in lobby was not up to date. Otherwise no problems and would be happy to stay there again.

    Friendly and clean hotel, close to town centre. Freiendly and good value.
