Residenza Vespucci is a bed and breakfast housed in the same building that once used to host the world famous Hotel Du Sud. Part of this building has been restored and transformed into a luxury bed and breakfast through a very accurate and careful renovation work in order to preserve the original character.
Located in Lungarno Vespucci, on the banks of the Arno river, Residenza Vespucci offers a magnificent view over the River Arno and Borgo Ognissanti, the street famous for its numerous antique shops. Conveniently situated in the very heart of Florence, Residenza Vespucci is only a romantic short walk away from the world renowned Ponte Vecchio and its goldsmith ateliers, the Uffizi Gallery and the picturesque little paved streets that are so typical of the city of Florence.

Turn right into the Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci. By airplane From the Florence Amerigo Vespucci airport, take the shuttle bus to the Santa Maria Novella railway station. Then follow the indications as above.

    A perfect place to stay in a fantastic city. Easy to get to from the train station. A 10 minute easy walk. Located on the banks of the Arno river with lovely views. We found the service excellent and very friendly. The rooms are large with airconditioning although it is a little noisy, as the traffic in Florence seems to go all night. I can highly recommend this as a place to stay and will be definitely booking here on my next trip to Florence.

    Superb location with a fantastic view over the river, only a few minutes walk from all attractions
