Auchen Castle is a prestigious Scottish Castle Hotel located in the beautiful scottish borders set in 40 acres of picturesque gardens and woodland with a reputation for excellent service, outstanding cuisine and breathtaking countryside that can be seen from our panoramic restaurant and many of the guest bedrooms. Auchen Castle has 25 rooms, Feature and bridal suites all have champagne stocked mini bars , flat screen TV's, guest robes & complimentary slippers, upgraded toiletries and either a feature or four poster bed.

As always, was made very welcome at Auchen Castle. paul was as helpful as ever and owner was also on hand to introduce himself and take a personal interest in what guests thought of his hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience, the staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was of excellent quality and the hotel location is stunning!

Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was an excellent size, restaurant was lovely. The only drawback to my stay is that the bathroom in my room was a little tired.
