Great location and hotel in good condition but staff very disorganised. We booked two connecting rooms and got a triple with a 4th bed stuck in there covering access to the wadrobe and the fridge. Staff were not very helpful in sorting any of this out. |

The hotel is very centrally located and you dont need to book any tours as all attractions are within walking distance. We came across a few challenges as on arrival our clock in the room and the mini bar fridge was not working. There were no tea/coffee making facilities as advertised on the web-site but you can request it in the room which they provide complimentary. The staff does not speak much English which gets a bit frustrating at times and make sure you confirm the bedroom rate at check-in as few guests had problems with the rates at check-out. I would not recommend having meals at the hotel as they charge alot and there are many cheaper restaurants around the hotel which serve much better food and at much lower costs, the breakfast was alright!! The transport information given to us by the hotel staff was all outdated, so make sure you double check! It was not a bad experience and was good quality for money which matters! |
