My 4th or 5th stay in these apartments. Apartment was immaculate and comfortable as usual. The company (Alderman) however sent me to the wrong address initially, and i called the emergency number. After 10 minutes i got a call giving me the correct address, unfortunately the incorrect door access code. Another call to sort that. Then (once again) there was no hairdryer in the apartment, and I was told to go to the other apartment and get a hairdryer from there! |

This was a really good alternative to a hotel and was convenient for where we wanted to be. It was great to have things like tea, coffee, toiletries, washing up liquid and cloths which are not always left in self catering accommodation, and there were lovely touches like books and DVDs left. The space was good, with a table and chairs as well as sofa and armchairs, and it was nice not to have to go out to eat each night. Whilst there was a kitchen with the all facilities we needed (even a washing machine) we were on holiday and there are takeaways and a Tesco Express under five minutes walk away. The only drawbacks we found were that parking was on the road, and the cleaners were not incredibly thorough - other than that we enjoyed our stay. |
