An excellent hotel and easily accessible for both North Wales and Chester.
The only drawback was the lack of a proper hairdryer. The one attached to the wall, came unstuck, as it heated up! The receptionist, Cheryl, organised a portable, and much better one, to replace it.
On this occasion, I stayed with my elderly mother, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Any buffet breakfast is not ideal or really hygenic. Food was good however but plates were cold so the food soon went cold too.
