We were totally satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very conveniently placed for the ferry at Craignure and has ample parking. The views from the room and the hotel lounge were wonderful. |

Food was not that good, and overall the hotel needs a bit of a make over as rather stuck in 60's. Very quiet and comfortable hotel with excellent new leisure facilities this season of pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. |

Hotel is in a lovely setting. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly. The restaurant did get very warm as the sun streamed in the windows but the staff did open a window when asked. The outer grounds could do with some upgrading to allow guests somewhere to stroll. A few extras in the room such as shortbread/biscuits, tissues and complimentary water would have been appreciated. Overall very pleased with our stay. |

I wouldn't stay at this hotel again purely as I won't be going back to Mull - Its the kind of place you see and that's it, a day is enough. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The meal at supper time was the only experience we had of the catering, but it was faultless; very enjoyable. The room was let down badlly by the bathroom, which i feel was not in keeping with the standard of the hotel. The lesuire facilities were excellent, and the location was great - just 300 yards from the ferry terminal. |
