    Variety in service. One lady was very helpful. The younger staff were less interested.
    Advise the young and inexperienced staff to have training and some basic English to handle the phone calls from abroad.
    A close relative was very frustrated when trying to get hold of me. They were mistakenly told I had never checked in.
