Hotel easy to find but very limited parking. Close to beaches and town. Staff were very welcoming and a tray of tea on arrival was perfect after a long drive |

Breakfast in the morning was very nice. Owner was also very friendly. Dogs are allowed to stay over with you. Around a 5 minute walk into Falmouth. Easy and hassle free booking on the morning of our stay. |

A clean and comfortable room, very handily situated for the short walk into the lovely town of Falmouth. Our visit was spoiled by the disappointingly attitude of a member of staff who made a completely unnecessary fuss when asked for an extra towel. We had only been provided with 2 small towels (not bath sheets as you'd expect) + 2 hand towels and my partner politely asked if we might have one more towel so she could dry her hair. The proprietor's response was to quiz her on why we needed an extra towel and to suggest we should be charged extra for having one. Eventually she provided us with one but with such bad grace that it made us feel uncomfortable and unhappy. A disappointing and petty attitude that made us convinced we would not visit Lugo Rock again. |
