    facilities appear to be inconsistent. Added an extra, single room for teenager- there were no tea/coffee facilities. Hotel does not provide milk for the good selection of beverage sachets in the rooms.
    However we liked that the room windows can be opened.

    The hotel was very disappointing, when we arrived we were not helped with our bags nor shown to our room. Information regarding breakfast and the hotels restaurant was not given. Our room was unclean and very run down. The room was so small I was unable to dry myself in the bathroom after a shower. We could clearly hear the room beside us using the bathroom. The air conditioning was broken and when we reported this to the reception we were told we could have an extra blanket if required! We asked for the use of an iron and were charged Euro 4.50 as they would not allow an iron in the room. There is no way this hotel is 4 star.Overall not a good experience and we will not be back!

    The 4* rating of this hotel is laughable. The rooms are well past their sell-by date and the hotel is in need of a complete renovation wiht the exception of the reception, bar and lounge which induce you to check in to find that the rooms are dreadful, and in some instances smell of drains. It took 2 of us a combined 3 moves before we were in a room which did not smell, and the duty manager was not sympathetic at all. It took an argument to get the moves. There is a hotel round the cornerf at half the price...

    The room was good, but the bathroom, especially the shower could be better. Breakfast was medium level.
