    Great location - right in the centre - 1 minute from the Duomo. Very helpful staff

    From the outside it doesnt look that great but the lobby and american bar in the lobby is plush and staff were very helpful. Bar man had excellent tips for a night out as well... I cant fault the hotel except that I had a room at the back which was down about 5 long corridors to get to but other than that the hotel is so central - I saw all the main sites and shopping streets - within 15/20 mins walk as well as the Duomo right next to the hotel.
