    First of all, the picture that late rooms has of the bar, is not the bar in the hotel. rooms very small too.
    Reception staff, in particular one lady was very rude, we booked 2 double rooms for the weekend, i even called two weeks beforehand to double check everything was ok, on arrival we got twin rooms.
    breakfast was very cold. water for tea was only warm.
    on 4 occasions during the weekend, we had staff walk in on us in the room, from cleaners, to builders with plungers. not once did anyone knock, even had one walk in when the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign was hanging outside.
    Location of the hotel was ideal, but will not be staying here when i visit milan again in afew months.

    The hotel was well situated for a city break to Milan, especially if like us, you were happy to hop in a cab rather than take the metro (cab ride within the centre of Milan usually costing betwen 8 and 10 euros). Close to many shops although not the most exclusive boutiques. The entrance and lobby of the hotel look a little shabby and tired so we were pleased to find the rooms were small but nicely furnished and most importantly clean with nice crisp white bedlinen. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Cannot comment much on the food as we only ate breakfast in the hotel which was mainly continental style but fine (available until as late as 10.30 but then they clear away promptly).

    Hotel was very pleasent and modern - good location, within walking distance to many places but could easily catch the metro if one wanted. Would happily recommend it to others who wanted to visit Milan.
