The room was the same as advertised, clean and freshly decorated. It was good value and easy to get to without a car- not far from the train or city centre. |

Although the above information is accurate, when I first arrived to check in I was given a smoking room. The smell in the room was horrendous and quite nauseating. When making the booking, at no time was I asked if I wanted a non smoking room and I naturally assumed that this is what I would get. The reception said this was because I had booked through Late Rooms and not through them, which confused me a little as this was given on the hotel web site as the booking hotline. However, I was quickly re allocated another room (non smoking) and the comments above apply to this room. |

The room was satisfactory although the desk chair is of a poor design and sitting, working on it for a couple of hours left me with chronic back pain/muscle pain wich took a week to recover from. A chair with an upright back would be more appropriate. |
