Fabulous hotel/resort, well located right on the beach. Quiet pools if you wish, fabulous customere service and outstanding food plus great capuccinos which are difficult to find in this area. Shuttle to Albufeira. Friendly and helpful staff and janitorial with just one exception, the person who checked us in and checked us ouot was arrogant and had a rather cocky attitude. My credit card finished up being charged 3 times even though this young man said it hadn't been charged at all. This staff person was the only problem on what would have been a fabulous time in a better class resort. Highly recommended.

I cant believe that anyone could say this hotel is anything less than perfect! I stayed a week at the hotel and a further few days in the self catering apartments and both were first class. The hotel staff were nothing short of charming and attentive. Although this hotel is a 5 star, dont be put off taking children. There is a FREE childrens club on site and it is probably the best kids club we have ever visited. The pools were spotless, the maids came in every day and left chocolates and when we checked into the apartments, we got a welcome pack of cereal, milk, water, bread etc. Every day by the pool, the bar staff would come around with a plate of complimentary fruit kebabs for everyone and it was these little touches that made our stay so special, as was the big bowls of apples and oranges at reception that you could just take. I could go on for ages, but I will summarise and say I would recommend this hotel to everyone, young and old. Its delightful and in a beautiful setting.
