Location is good for Frimley/travelling from South. Reception areas are nice - good furniture/comfortable lounge feel. Room was very disappointing - very basic - badly in need of refurb. Outlook over the lake would have been nice other than window so seriously dirty could hardly see out and mass of rubbish (white goods, general rubbish) between room and lake. Overall not a pleasant experience and certainly expensive for the down market feel it has. |

The staff was not overly friendly, but not exactly rude. They were more or less indifferent to me presence. At time questions seem to border on annoyance for them. It was very clean hotel, but the place we ancient! They had only three television channels and the tv was tiny. The beds were twins, but felt more like children's beds. I am only 5'9” and felt like a giant. The absolute worst thing and what will prevent me from returning or recommending to others is that the cold water in the bathroom came out BROWN!. I let it run for a very long time and it did not change. I had to brush my teeth with scolding hot water. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
